This remote is a genuine replacement remote for the Serta Motion Essentials 4 (4th Gen IV Model). Look closely at the buttons... the bottom right is for massage where as the 3rd gen (see other listing) had a zero gravity button. We can order remotes other models but you must view our other Amazon listings.
This will only work with the 4th or 5th generation motion essentials base with massage.
