• INSTALLATION. Installation is simple and doesn't require special tools. To install place base plate in desired location and mark 4 mounting holes with a marker. Use a 3/4" masonry bit and drill 5" down. Hammer plugs into drilled holes until flush with ground. Place plate over holes and with a 15/16" socket wrench, secure the screws into asphalt. Fit over spring and post into base plate and secure with installation bolt.
