This will only work with the BT2000, FlexEzz, Revive, E300 or HJH13D/55 7 button bases that featured the identical remote as pictured in either white or black. If your original remote had additional rows or any other different button icons or words this may not work. The remote you will receive will be the white BedTech remote made by the same manufacturer. HJH13D

Is free shipping available?

How can I get a tracking number for my order?

How do I process a return or exchange?
For returns or exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, along with a receipt or screenshot of the purchase, and a photo of the product with the packaging or tag intact.
